The 'Sent Items' list and 'Audit Log' are provided as a record of all messages sent and received via the Sellout event management system. The 'Sent Items' list and 'Audit Log' includes a search function to search for and confirm whether reminders have been sent and on what dates/times, including an option to re-send if required.
