The Sellout task management and alert system allows internal staff and/or administrative users to receive automatic system notifications and be prompted when to send event reminders and other custom communications, as well as enabling staff to add tasks for a variety of reasons. Pre-defined tasks may be configured at the program type level, but may also be overridden when creating an instance (i.e. event) of that program type.
