Courses can specify a maximum limit for the number of attendees, with additional registrations for future courses made possible via a waiting list function.  Interested, prospective attendees may sign up to be kept informed automatically of course re-runs, additional courses or venues.

If a workshop/seminar isn’t available, or the existing workshops/seminars are not suitable for one reason or another, then registered users can add staff to a waiting list for one or more programme types.  Once a new event of that particular programme type has been created, the admin person creating the new event will be prompted to send a notification via email to the person who added the staff to the waiting list.  This will provide them with the ability to potentially book the course before anyone else.
