An optional training and support contract can provide a discounted, pre-paid alternative for your ongoing training and support requirements. Should your organisation license and use multiple F2 Platfform services, your training and support contract will apply to all Platfform services licensed. Please note that unused portions are not rolled over and do not accumulate from month-to-month. |

12 x 15 min support / training incidents. Additional training and support incidents will be charged at $44 / 15 mins.
