F2 Sellout Initial License	Fee	Notes
F2 Sellout (Base Version)	$66 / month	Includes 1 (one) site/organisation license, 1 (one) group 'partition' license and 1 (one) Joomla! website connection. F2 Sellout does not have a 'per user' license model, however F2 Sellout makes use of 'group' partitions and a website connection model to determine license costs.
F2 Sellout Hosting Service	Included in Monthly License Fee	The F2 Sellout hosting service is included in the monthly license fee and includes 1 GB traffic and 1 GB storage. Additional traffic is charged at $11 per additional GB per month and additional storage is charged at $11 per GB per month, both purchased in 'blocks' of 1 GB.

Email/Telephone/Online Support & Training	$44 / 15 mins	Support and training is available via email (support@f2.net.au), telephone (+61 8 9228 9288, GMT + 8 hours), Skype and online via Webex.

F2 Sellout Optional Training & Support Contracts		An optional training and support contract can provide a discounted, pre-paid alternative for your ongoing training and support requirements. Should your organisation license and use multiple F2 Platfform services, your training and support contract will apply to all Platfform services licensed. Please note that unused portions are not rolled over and do not accumulate from month-to-month.
Training & Support Contract – Level 1	$396 / month	12 x 15 min support / training incidents. Additional training and support incidents will be charged at $44 / 15 mins.
Training & Support Contract – Level 2	$660 / month	24 x 15 min support / training incidents. Additional training and support incidents will be charged at $44 / 15 mins.
Training & Support Contract – Level 3	$792 / month	36 x 15 min support / training incidents. Additional training and support incidents will be charged at $44 / 15 mins.
		All fees listed are Inclusive of GST for Australian customers.
